Shipping

Your order will be processed within 2-7 business days. Orders place on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. When your order ships from our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number from a major US carrier.

We understand package theft is a growing issue, however, once an order has been delivered dpHUE is no longer responsible for the contents. A claim must be filed with the carrier by the recipient. If an order is lost or damaged in transit dpHUE can file a claim and will work with you to ensure you receive your product.  

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your dpHUE.com purchase we will offer you a full refund less the cost of shipping. Simply send your product back to us within 15 days of receiving your order with the original packing slip. If you do not have the original packing slip please include your full name, phone number, order number and email address. Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items will be processed promptly, usually within 3-5 business days of receipt. Once processed, you will receive an email to indicate you have received your refund.

If you purchased a bundle, all products within the bundle must be returned – partial refunds will not be issued.  Additionally, if you received free gifts with your purchase, you must return the free gifts in addition to the returned purchased products. 

We cannot provide refunds for dpHUE products purchased at other retailers. Only products purchased on dpHUE.com may be returned for refund. eGift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible at info@dphue.com for assistance. Please include a picture of the damaged item in your email.

ORDER CANCELLATION/ MODIFICATIONS

We are unable to cancel or modify an order after it's been submitted. We process your order immediately in order to get it to your doorstep as quickly as possible, therefore cancellations and modifications are not possible.

For security purposes, we are unable to re-direct a shipped parcel to a secondary shipping address. If a shipper is unable to complete delivery to the original shipping address provided, the parcel will be returned to the fulfillment center and processed as a return. 

PROMOTIONS

We cannot retroactively apply a discount code to an order. The discount code must be entered at checkout to receive the current promotion or discount.
