If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible at for assistance. Please include a picture of the damaged item in your email.


We are unable to cancel or modify an order after it's been submitted. We process your order immediately in order to get it to your doorstep as quickly as possible, therefore cancellations and modifications are not possible.

For security purposes, we are unable to re-direct a shipped parcel to a secondary shipping address. If a shipper is unable to complete delivery to the original shipping address provided, the parcel will be returned to the fulfillment center and processed as a return.
